A rarer, deeper pour of the sauce that started it all. This batch is made using a single fish species only — wild Kangshi silverside (康氏侧带小公鱼), never a mixed catch — sourced exclusively from the natural fishery at Nan'ao Island, Shantou. These fish have a harvest window of just two months a year (August–September, in the gap between typhoons), making each batch genuinely scarce.

Following traditional methods, over 500 wild-caught fish go into every batch, fermented for a full 5 years in clay urns under the open sun. Only the first draw of liquid is taken — the "first soup" (第一道原汁) — left unblended and unadulterated. The result is a slightly thicker, more fragrant sauce with a naturally deep amber colour, achieved with zero added caramel colouring.

Zero additives — no preservatives, added pigments, or MSG. The extra aging shows in the glass: darker amber, silkier on the tongue, with a rounder, less aggressive seafood aroma than younger fish sauce. With an amino acid nitrogen content of 1.8g/100ml, it sits at the ultra premium end of the fish sauce spectrum, and naturally contains taurine, calcium, iron, zinc, and magnesium, with zero fat.
